Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut perusahaan untuk menyesuaikan strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia guna meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh transformasi kompetensi dan kepemimpinan digital terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Bahari Makmur Sejati Tangerang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksplanatori. Seluruh 45 karyawan dijadikan responden melalui teknik sensus. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan SEM-PLS menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi kompetensi (β = 0,342; p = 0,001) dan kepemimpinan digital (β = 0,622; p = 0,000) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Nilai R-Square sebesar 0,635 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel mampu menjelaskan 63,5% variasi produktivitas kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan digital memberikan pengaruh yang lebih besar sehingga perlu didukung oleh penguatan kompetensi digital karyawan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas secara berkelanjutan.
