Peran Saving Behaviour, Financial Self-Efficacy, dan Risk Tolerance dalam Hubungan antara Financial Literacy dan Investment Intention pada Karyawan yang Sedang Menempuh Studi Lanjut

Financial Literacy menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam membentuk Investment Intention, namun pengaruhnya tidak selalu terjadi secara langsung karena melibatkan mekanisme perilaku dan psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran Saving Behaviour, Financial Self-Efficacy, dan Risk Tolerance dalam hubungan antara Financial Literacy dan Investment Intention pada karyawan yang sedang menempuh studi lanjut. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain asosiatif untuk menganalisis hubungan antarvariabel, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data secara cross-sectional. Data diperoleh melalui survei terhadap 147 karyawan aktif di wilayah Jabodetabek menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Financial Literacy berpengaruh positif terhadap Saving Behaviour, Financial Self-Efficacy, dan Risk Tolerance. Selanjutnya, Financial Self-Efficacy dan Risk Tolerance berpengaruh positif terhadap Investment Intention, sedangkan Saving Behaviour tidak berpengaruh terhadap Investment Intention. Hasil mediasi menunjukkan bahwa Financial Self-Efficacy dan Risk Tolerance mampu memediasi pengaruh Financial Literacy terhadap Investment Intention, sedangkan Saving Behaviour tidak berperan sebagai mediator. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan niat berinvestasi lebih efektif dilakukan melalui penguatan keyakinan individu dalam mengelola keuangan dan kesiapan menghadapi risiko, didukung oleh peningkatan literasi keuangan yang aplikatif.
