Strategi Operasi Keamanan Laut di Selat Malaka Melalui Peningkatan Maritime Domain Awareness dalam Rangka Mendukung Tugas TNI AL

Selat Malaka merupakan jalur pelayaran internasional bernilai strategis tinggi yang kerap dihadapkan pada tingginya potensi kejahatan lintas negara dan modus dark vessels, sehingga menuntut keterpaduan deteksi serta efisiensi pengerahan unsur patroli TNI AL. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi operasi keamanan laut di Selat Malaka melalui peningkatan Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) guna mendukung tugas TNI AL. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini mengintegrasikan analisis perangkat lunak NVivo 12 Pro dan pemetaan matriks berbasis data wawancara mendalam dengan Narasumber yang berasal dari Kotama hingga Lanal. Hasil pengolahan data NVivo 12 Pro mengungkap fenomena bahwa keberhasilan operasi sangat bergantung pada penguatan jaringan sensor pangkalan (Koarmada, Kodaeral dan Lanal), efektivitas analisis data Puskodal, serta kesiapan operasional unsur KRI/KAL. Perhitungan kuantitatif SWOT menghasilkan skor IFAS pada Kuadran I (0,66;0,65). Titik koordinat ini mengarahkan rekomendasi pada Strategi Agresif (SO), yaitu memanfaatkan keunggulan penggelaran pangkalan dan kesiapan prajurit untuk meraih peluang kerja sama pertukaran informasi antar-instansi kemaritiman serta adopsi teknologi sensor berbasis siber dan kecerdasan buatan. Secara praktis, penelitian ini merekomendasikan modernisasi integrasi radar Puskodal, penguatan keterpaduan data inter-instansi, serta peningkatan kapasitas SDM guna menutup titik buta pengawasan di Selat Malaka.
