Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis pengaruh work family conflict dan employee engagement terhadap turnover intention, serta membuktikan secara empiris apakah employee engagement mampu memediasi hubungan antara work family conflict denganturnover intention. Penelitian dilakukan pada 154 orang pegawai Bank Nagari Cabang Utama Padang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survei, melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Sesuai dengan hasil pengujian hipotesis ditemukan work family conflict mendorong semakin kuatnya turnover intention, selain work family conflict yang dirasakan pegawai menurunkan employee engagement yang mereka rasakan. Pada uraian hasil juga ditemukan employee engagement yang semakin kuat akan menurunkan turnover intention, selain itu pada hasil pengujian pengaruh tidak langsung ditemukan employee engagementmampu memediasi hubungan antara work family conflict dengan turnover intention pada pegawai Bank Nagari Cabang Utama Padang.
