Pengaruh Organizational Commitment dan Work Environment Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior For The Environment Pada Perusahaan Daun Kelor Sumenep

Seiring dengan meningkatnya kesadaran akan isu keberlanjutan, peran karyawan dalam perilaku pro-lingkungan di tempat kerja menjadi krusial. Organizational citizenship behavior for the environment menggambarkan tindakan sukarela karyawan yang melampaui tugas formal mereka untuk berkontribusi pada perlindungan lingkungan. Namun Organizational citizenship behavior for the environment pada karyawan tidak berjalan begitu saja ada faktor yang mempengaruhinya sehingga adanya organizational commitmen dan work environment dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan uji untuk melihat pengaruhnya. Studi ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif dengan dengan metode survei yang berbasis kuesioner untuk memperoleh data primer. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari perusahaan daun kelor di Sumenep. Sebanyak 40 responden dipilih berdasarkan teori Hair & Rangle dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis secara komprehensif menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa organizational commitmen dan work environment berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Organizational citizenship behavior for the environment. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan panduan bagi manajemen perusahaan daun kelor di Sumenep atau industri sejenis dalam merumuskan dan mengimplementasikan kebijakan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang berorientasi lingkungan.
