Abstract

Latar Belakang: Warisan kuliner lokal memainkan peran penting dalam pengembangan pariwisata daerah dan pembentukan identitas budaya. Nasi Tutug Oncom, hidangan tradisional dari Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat, memiliki karakteristik unik yang berpotensi menjadi ikon kuliner, namun masih relatif belum dikenal oleh khalayak luas. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi Nasi Tutug Oncom sebagai produk unggulan kuliner dalam pengembangan pariwisata gastronomi Tasikmalaya dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi transformasinya menjadi ikon kuliner daerah. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Systematic Literature Review (SLR) mengikuti pedoman PRISMA. Literatur dicari secara sistematis dari jurnal terindeks Scopus dan database Google Scholar periode 2014-2024, dengan fokus pada pengembangan pariwisata kuliner, branding makanan lokal, dan warisan gastronomi. Sebanyak [X] artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan sintesis tematik. Hasil: Analisis mengidentifikasi empat tema utama: (1) karakteristik unik Nasi Tutug Oncom yang mendukung potensi ikoniknya, (2) faktor keberhasilan produk kuliner lokal dalam pengembangan pariwisata, (3) tantangan dalam mempromosikan makanan tradisional yang kurang dikenal, dan (4) kerangka strategis untuk branding kuliner. Temuan kunci menunjukkan bahwa autentisitas, narasi budaya, pemasaran strategis, dan kolaborasi pemangku kepentingan merupakan faktor kritis dalam mentransformasi hidangan lokal menjadi ikon regional. Kesimpulan: Nasi Tutug Oncom menunjukkan potensi signifikan sebagai ikon kuliner Tasikmalaya melalui metode penyajian yang unik, signifikansi budaya, dan profil rasa yang autentik. Namun, strategi promosi sistematis, peningkatan aksesibilitas, dan pengembangan pariwisata terintegrasi sangat penting untuk mencapai tujuan ini.
