Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh work life-balance terhadap employee engagement pada pegawai Generasi Z di RSUD Dr. M. Yunus kota Bengkulu, dengan subjective well-being sebagai moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui pembagian kuesioner. Objek pada penelitian ini sebanyak 108 responden. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini dibantu dengan aplikasi SPSS 24. dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, regresi moderasi, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penelitian ini mendukung semua hipotesis yang telah diajukan, yaitu work life-balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement, Selain itu subjective well-being terbukti memoderasi hubungan antara work life-balance dan employee engagement secara signifikan, dengan arah moderasi yang memperkuat hubungan tersebut. Saran dari peneliti untuk RSUD Dr M Yunus kota Bengkulu adalah mengatur jadwal kerja dan waktu istirahat yang lebih baik, pembagian beban kerja yang lebih adil, dan dapat mengevaluasi dan mengatur ulang jadwal shift kerja yang lebih baik.
