Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi inovasi human capital dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi di PT IBEN. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan telah menerapkan strategi inovasi human capital melalui pengembangan kompetensi karyawan, pelatihan kerja, digitalisasi sistem kerja, employee engagement, dan penguatan budaya organisasi. Strategi tersebut memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja, kualitas pelayanan, efektivitas operasional, serta kepuasan pelanggan. Namun, implementasi strategi masih menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan kompetensi digital dan tantangan dalam mempertahankan talenta terbaik perusahaan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi inovasi human capital memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi dan daya saing perusahaan di era transformasi digital.
