Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh resiliensi dan self-efficacy terhadap sustainability usaha melalui strategic adaptability sebagai variabel mediasi serta turbulensi pasar sebagai variabel moderator pada pengusaha tekstil di Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap pengusaha tekstil sebagai responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS) untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel dalam model penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi dan self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sustainability usaha, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui strategic adaptability. Seluruh hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima, namun kekuatan efek mediasi tergolong moderat, yang menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan adaptasi strategis belum sepenuhnya dioptimalkan dalam praktik usaha. Selain itu, turbulensi pasar terbukti memoderasi hubungan antarvariabel, di mana pada kondisi pasar yang semakin dinamis, peran faktor psikologis dan kemampuan adaptasi strategis menjadi semakin penting dalam menjaga keberlanjutan usaha. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengusaha yang memiliki tingkat resiliensi dan self-efficacy yang tinggi cenderung lebih mampu menghadapi tekanan usaha, mengambil keputusan secara adaptif, serta menyesuaikan strategi bisnis secara efektif. Dengan demikian, penguatan psychological capital dan pengembangan strategic adaptability menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan keberlanjutan usaha di tengah turbulensi pasar. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya penguatan kapasitas psikologis pengusaha melalui pembelajaran dan pengalaman usaha, serta peningkatan kemampuan adaptasi strategis melalui pengelolaan usaha yang fleksibel dan responsif terhadap perubahan pasar. Dengan demikian, keberlanjutan usaha tidak hanya bergantung pada kondisi eksternal, tetapi juga pada kemampuan internal pengusaha dalam mengelola tekanan dan perubahan lingkungan bisnis secara efektif.
