Analisis Indeks Leukosit Pada Berbagai Klasifikasi Hipertensi Dalam Kehamilan

Hipertensi dalam kehamilan tetap menjadi kontributor signifikan terhadap morbiditas maternal dan perinatal, dimana mekanisme inflamasi yang ditandai dengan lonjakan leukosit memainkan peran kunci dalam patofisiologinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis variasi indeks leukosit di berbagai klasifikasi hipertensi dalam kehamilan. Menggunakan desain potong lintang, deskriptif retrospektif, jumlah leukosit dan indeks inflamasi yang diperoleh dibandingkan di antara kelompok-kelompok untuk mengidentifikasi pola yang terkait dengan tingkat keparahan penyakit. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji T Independen. Nilai P = 0,01 (<0,05) ini menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan dalam rata-rata kelompok preeklamsia dan preeklamsia berat. Ini menunjukkan bahwa kelompok preeklamsia berat memiliki indeks leukosit yang lebih tinggi daripada kelompok preeklamsia.
